ADULT STRENGTH CLASS - 60 Minute Class. This class requires an evaluation with a trainer before starting or trying the class. Participant must schedule this evaluation with a coach by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Some participants might be required to go through conditioning or personal training prior to attending our strength classes.
