SEMI-PRIVATE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES

STRENGTH TRAINING

ADULTS (18 AND UP)

60 MIN. Train to move more effectively through movements that create a stronger version of you.

Build a solid foundation that will last a lifetime. Think RIPPED: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet.

Equipment: Free Weights, Resistance Bands, Barbells, Machines, Kettlebells, etc. 

Prerequisite: Free strategy session/evaluation

* Participants must go through our strength onramp before attending our strength classes ($120).

Onramp includes nine conditioning sessions in 21 days and three 30-minute personal training sessions. 

WHAT IS AN ONRAMP?

These sessions will help us determine your ability to move effectively with no underlying injuries and

ensure you are comfortable and tested before attending your first class. 

 

ADULT CONDITIONING

ADULTS (18 AND UP)

45 MIN. - This class focuses on building muscular endurance (strength) and aerobic capacity (cardio) utilizing a variety of cardio equipment, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, med balls, sleds, etc. 

 

* Participants must go through our conditioning onramp before attending our classes ($120).

Onramp includes nine conditioning sessions in 21 days and three 30-minute personal training sessions.

OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP

Interested in going to the gym and doing your own thing on your own time?  

We have an open gym membership for you!
