About the Love You Challenge

  • 8 weeks of workouts and nutrition tips based on your body type. 

  • Online quiz that will help give you a idea of your body type, which will help your trainer recommend efficient workouts and nutrition ideas to build a better you.

  • 24 hour access to our online app allowing you to see your workouts at any time and  track your progress. Through the app you’ll also have access to a group chat  with everyone else in the challenge. This will provide support for you during this  journey and also give you the opportunity to encourage others. 

  • Full access to your trainer and the ability to have an open conversation with your trainer about  progress or lack of progress so we can continue to tweek workouts to make  them beneficial for you. 

  • Workouts will be based on your personal goals and areas where you want build confidence.
