Adult Strength, Yoga or Conditioning Classes and our Athletic Enhancement Classes for Kids!
Our classes are designed to make you a stronger, healthier, more flexible/mobile and become more athletic no matter your age. You can choose between our Yoga classes, our strength based classes that are 60 minutes long or our conditioning classes that are 30 minutes long.
We will do our best to help you achieve your goals as fast as possible. We will take you through an evaluation and then recommend what we see fits best with you. Our sessions range from 30/45/60 minutes in length and can be purchased in packages of 1-24 sessions.
