General Physical Preparedness (GPP)

GPP workouts are designed to improve an individual's capability across various domains, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. The idea is to create a well-rounded fitness foundation that prepares individuals for diverse physical challenges in everyday life or other specific activities.

Adults 18 and up.

What do we do?

45 MIN. - This class is designed for the individual looking to work on general conditioning to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, structure, and skill. GPP Stands for General Physical Preparedness.

Any Prerequisites?

Participants must go through our GPP On Ramp session before attending our classes ($151). On Ramp includes 4 - 30 minute personal training sessions to use within the 28, then you will move into classes.

What is Onramp?

These On Ramp sessions aim to assess your movement capabilities without underlying injuries, ensuring your comfort and readiness before participating in your strength and conditioning classes.
