This program is designed for experienced lifters and fitness enthusiasts looking to take their strength to the next level. Ideal for those with a solid training foundation who want structured progression, advanced techniques, and serious results.
What do we do?
60 minutes of strength focused on the major lifts—squats, bench press, and deadlifts—combined with accessory exercises to build muscle size and improve balance and symmetry.
Any Prerequisites?
All participants are required to complete our Strength On Ramp program ($151) before joining strength classes. The On Ramp includes four 30-minute personal training sessions to be used within 28 days, followed by six included strength classes.
What is Onramp?
These On Ramp sessions aim to assess your movement capabilities without underlying injuries, ensuring your comfort and readiness before participating in your strength and conditioning classes.

This 60-minute class is designed to elevate your performance by combining the art of Olympic weightlifting with the intensity of CrossFit-style workouts. You'll develop explosive strength and power through lifts, then put your endurance to the test with WODs (Workouts of the Day).
