Our Youth Speed School focuses on developing fundamental movement skills in a fun, encouraging environment. Young athletes learn to move with purpose by working on coordination, balance, body awareness, and basic sprint mechanics. Through structured play and age-appropriate drills, we help kids build confidence and lay the groundwork for safe, effective athletic development. This isn’t just about getting faster—it’s about moving better.

* Athletes must go through our athlete On Ramp before attending our semi-private classes ($151). On-Ramp includes three 30-minute personal training sessions.
Our On Ramp sessions at Coachman Strength & Conditioning are designed to introduce you to the foundational principles of general physical preparedness, setting the stage for your success in any fitness endeavor.

During this On Ramp program, you'll dive into a progressive curriculum led by our expert coaches, each session tailored to gradually introduce you to fundamental movements, proper form, and conditioning techniques. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, our on-ramp program meets you where you are and propels you forward.
