Service Description

Session is solely based on your goals and is usually focused on mobility, body weight movements, specific strength work and/or a nice butt kicking. This package is a great option for an individual training 3x a week, for one month. Also, a good option for someone looking at long term monthly check ins.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions not cancelled within 24 hours will be considered charged classes/sessions and billed as normal. Please get with your coach, if an issue arises with your appointment time. We can be flexible on moving sessions around, as well! Feel free to contact us anytime at
