Service Description

Sessions are 60 minutes long and focuses on developing all facets of your strength and conditioning goals.Session is solely based on your goals and is usually focused on mobility, body weight movements, specific strength work, pertaining to your goals. Session is based on your ability to move with proper function, as well. This package is great for an individual to get in great shape in one month, going 3 times a week.

Cancelation Policy

All sessions not cancelled within 24 hours will be considered charged classes/sessions and billed as normal. Please get with your coach, if an issue arises with your appointment time. We can be flexible on moving sessions around, as well! Feel free to contact us anytime at
